The 163rd BOD meeting of NMB Bank Ltd. held on 24th November 2008 (2065 Mangshir 9) decided to issue 10:3 (additional three shares on right basis for ten old shares held) right shares. Right shares would be issued after the issuance of bonus shares to the shareholders. It is yet to be approved by NRB and its upcoming AGM. NMBF has posted Rs. 29.649 million net profit in its recently published quarterly report.
