After the Legislature-Parliament of the Constituent Assembly (CA) resumed on Monday, Surendra Pande, Finance Minister, has announced that he would present the budget for the year 2066-2067 on July 13. The budget session is expected to start tomorrow.
The budget will be a consensus document because of the coalition government, says Pande. He assured to continue with the positive aspects of the past in the upcoming budget and at the same time introduce new programmes targeting the poor and marginalized sections of the society. The government is planning to revive the programmes introduced by the CPN-UML's budget in the year 2059.
