Everest Bank opens 33rd branch

Everest Bank has opened its 33rd branch in Tulsipur, Dang. Dipendra Kumar Khatri, president of Tulsipur Chamber of Commerce inaugurated the branch amidst a function on Friday, according to press statement issued by the bank.

The bank currently is providing banking services through 58 points, including 33 branches, 5 revenue collection counters, 20 authorized representatives in VDCs through ´Everest Ghar-Dailo Banking Sewa´, a branch-less banking system. The bank also has 29 ATM counters. Everest Bank debit card also has access to more than 305 ATMs in Nepal and more than 2,000 ATM locations in India.

As a part of its expansion strategy, the bank plans to open branches at Maitidevi and Thamel in the near future and extend ´Everest Ghar Dailo Banking Sewa´ to Tarai branches as well
