Cash Dividend of ICFC

The 83th BOD meeting of ICFC Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. held on Bhadra 16, 2066 has decided to provide 10% cash dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2065/66. The cash dividend of the bank will be distributed to shareholders after approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.

According to the fourth quarterly financial report of the bank, it had earned Rs. 46.266 million net profits and Rs. 72.705 as operating profit. It has Rs. 329.384 million as paid up capital and Rs. 88.351 million in reserve and surplus account.
