Nepal Industrial and Commercial Bank has started operations of its 14th branch in Surkhet from Monday. The new branch at Surkhet will provide the full range of products and services of the bank including all modern day banking facilities like trade finance, remittance, business and consumer loans, ATM / Debit cards, drafts, SMS banking, travellers cheques etc. The new branch is connected to all other branches through V-Sat network enabling real-time on-line connectivity. It has posted an exceptional growth of 95 per cent in net profit amounting to Rs 175 million in the first nine months of the current fiscal year.
