Global Bank Ltd. to issue IPO

Global Bank Ltd. is presenting an initial public offering for the general public. Total 30,00,000 shares amounting to Rs. 300 million is being issued at the rate of Rs. 100 per share. The company is issuing the IPO from 9th July, 2008 to 14th July, 2008 (2065 Ashad 25 to 2065 Ashad 30). The issue will be managed by NIDC Capital Markets, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.

    Actually its not a comment, its a question to my dear sir Rabindra Bhattarai?

    Does nepali market has enough liquidity to satisfy all those finacial institutions seeking to raise their capital. As we have seen the over subscription of Clean Energy Development Bank and also heard that some people had invested all their cash. They feel they closed all their future option by investing all the money in Clean Energy Development Bank and in other financial institutions for next 3 months. Whereas new IPO has being made (some are big giant in finace sector) in every week!

    As a small investor, I would like to know from my dear sir, what will be beneficial steps for us to take advantage with all these IPO.

    Dear Rabindra sir
    from yestrady,Globa;bank is isseued IPO but in economice newspaper(Abhiyan) say that bank's finical satatment is false.the newpaper say that bank's fisal year603/064 show 40 thousand 5 five hundred loss.the of per share caculate amt is big.
    sir i am itersted to invest at this bank. can i invest this bank?

    Global bank is to allot 6 million shares instead of offered 3 million as per rumours.
