Special General Meeting of Bank of Asia

27th meeting held on 30th June, 2008 (2065 Ashad 16) decided on the upcoming special general meeting. It is going to be held on 27th July, 2008 (2065 Shrawan 12) at 6 in the evening in Soltee Hotel to discuss on the amendments made in the Memorandum of Association and other regulations. The bank was all set to issue its IPO but was stopped by SEBON (Security Exchange Board of Nepal) just because its AGM was not being held, which is the prime reason for calling this special general meeting.
