The Finance Ministry has said that revenue amounting to Rs. 1.159 trillion has been raised in the period of 10 and a half months in the current fiscal year.
The government had set a goal to raise Rs. 1.305 trillion in revenue.
The total sanctioned budget until second week of Jestha was Rs. 1.469 trillion, current expenditure Rs. 96.51 billion, capital expenditure Rs. 35. 21 billion and principal payment Rs. 15.248 billion, said Finance Ministry spokesman Shankar Adhikari.
