Bonus Share of United Finance Ltd. Listed

Bonus share of United Finance ltd. has been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange today. Total of 150000 units' bonus share from share serial no 1500001 to 1650000 of the company made its listing in stock exchange for trade. Earlier, the 14th annual general meeting of United Finance Ltd held on 26th December 2008 decided to give 10% bonus share.

According to fourth quarter financial report for the fiscal year 2065/66, the company has earned Rs. 40.481 million net profits and Rs. 57.702 millions operating profits. Likewise, the paid up capital stands at Rs. 165 millions and has Rs. 62.871 millions in its reserve and surplus.
