Cash dividend of ILFC

The BOD meeting of International Leasing and Finacne Co. Ltd. held on Bhadra 17, 2009 (2 September, 2009) has decided to provide 26.32% cash dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2065/66. The dividend of the company will be distributed to shareholders after approval from NRB and upcoming AGM of the company.

According to the fourth quarterly financial report of the bank, it had earned Rs. 223.774 million net profits and Rs. 81.641 millions as operating profit. It has Rs. 648 million as paid up capital and Rs. 125.304 million in reserve and surplus account. (Source: Jamb News Service)
