Prabhu Finance Co. Ltd. has decided to provide 10.53 % ( including tax) cash dividend from its BOD meeting held on 11th September 2009 (2066 Bhadra 26). The dividend will be finalized by the Central Bank of Nepal and the upcoming AGM of the company.
According to fourth quarter financial report of the company, it had earned Rs. 23.828 million net profit and Rs. 32.800 million operating profit. Likewise, the company has Rs. 160 million paid up capital and holds Rs. 28.662 million in its reserve and surplus. (Source: Jamb News Service)
