SMBF's Cash Dividend

Sagarmatha Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd. after its BOD meeting held on 4th September 2009 (19 Bhadra 2066) has decided to provide 10.526% (10% after Tax) cash dividend. The distribution of cash dividend will be finalized after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
Earlier, the company has posted Rs. 12.918 million net profit (unaudited figure) for the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2065/66 and Rs. 20.300 millions as operating profit. The bank has Rs. 50 million paid up capital and Rs. 26.778 millions in its reserve and surplus.
