Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has given primary permission for Social Development Bank Ltd (SDBL). The bank with its 93 promoters has Rs 1 billion paid up capital and Rs 750.3 million issue capital, states a press release. The management committee has Krishna Gopal Shrestha as chairman with Nirmal Pradhan, Sonam Gyachou, Ratna Kansakar, and Amir Dhoj Pradhan as directors.
