The BOD meeting of Api Finance Limited scheduled on 7 December 2009 (2066 Mangsir 22) has decided to propose 1:1 right share subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM. Likewise, the finance company is having its 3rd annual general meeting on 30 December 2009 (2066 Poush 15) and closing its book from 16 Dec. to 30 Dec, 09 (2066 Poush 1 to Poush 15).
