Mahakali Developement Bank has allotted its initial public offering on 14 December 2009 (2066 Mangsir 29)
Mahakali Development Bank, the first development bank of Mahakali zone in the far-western region, had issued public shares from Nov 2nd, 2009. The bank issued 81,800 share units, each with a face value of Rs 100 inorder to raise the paid up capital of the bank to Rs 20 million.
