A special annual meeting of Valley Finance Ltd (VFL) has decided to issue 3,84,000 unit shares through initial public offering (IPO) in the near future. VFL has gained operating profit of Rs 4.713 million in the first quarter of current fiscal year. The finance has capitalization of Rs 128 million.
