Kuber Merchant in profit
Kuber Merchant Bittiya Sanstha in its 2nd AGM held on 9th July, 2008 (2065 Ashad 25) revealed that during the fiscal year 2063/64, the company earned Rs. 4.1 million as net profit. KMBSL has decided to increase its paid up capital to Rs. 200 million. For this purpose, the company is issuing 1:2 right shares. Until the last month of the fiscal year 2063/64 it accumulated Rs. 387 million as deposit and has distributed Rs. 373 million as credit. Siddiman Basnet, Sharala Sharma, Rabindra Bahadur Budathoki and Dhirendra Prasad Pradhan from the promoters side while Sudhir Basnet, Rajesh Shrestha and Ganesh Chandra Baniya elected from the general shareholders are chosen for the BOD of the company.
