National Hydropower Company Ltd. is going to issue right share in the ratio of 1:1 from 28th July, 2008 (2065 Shrawan 13). The bank is issuing 69,49,410 number of right shares at the rate of Rs. 100 per share. For this purpose it is having its book closure on 15th July, 2008 (2065 Ashad 31). The issue will be managed by NIDC Capital Markets Ltd.
